Yesterday I had the epiphany that in just under two weeks, I'll be a college graduate. Like, what? This is the moment the my entire life has been leading up to, something that's seemed so far away, and all of a sudden, it's here. By Memorial Day, I'll be able to say that I'm a college graduate.
I admit, the idea of graduating from college completely terrifies me. School is all I've ever known, and now I'm faced with the prospect of heading out into the big, bad world. Not only that, but I'm going off into it alone, because once graduation comes, all my friends are spreading out again.
On a much less scary note, this is one of my go-to, "I don't know what to wear" outfits (which is why I didn't include it in this post). It's easy to throw on, and I feel like it looks like I put a little bit more thought into my outfit than I actually did. And it works pretty much year-round, which is nice. All I have to do is switch out my shoes to something slightly more rain-proof.

Chambray Shirt: Pull & Bear. Dress: Forever 21. Belt: Kohl's (Came With a Shirt). Leggings: Pimkie. Shoes: TOMS. |
Fun fact: This dress used to be my friend's, but she never wore it, and another friend and I would steal it all the time. Finally she just gave it to me for my birthday this past year. It's definitely gotten a lot of wear since then. Unfortunately, it feels too short too wear without leggings underneath. I originally wore it with tights underneath but I felt too self-conscious, so I started just wearing it with leggings instead.
Sometimes I wonder how people who are a normal height wear dresses from Forever 21, because they're always a good length (or even too short, like this dress) on me, and I'm not a tall person by any stretch of the imagine.
