This morning it was announced that J.K. Rowling will be writing the screenplay for a series (yes, a whole series!) based on Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. I was kind of in shock when I read that, and then I started freaking out, because hello, amazing. I am seriously so excited and I know it's probably going to be a really long time before any of these movies is released, but I cannot wait!
They've been clear that it is neither a sequel nor a prequel to Harry Potter, but I'm thrilled and as far as I'm concerned, anything J.K. Rowling touches is magical get it. Such a fantastic, unexpected way to start the morning, no?

The print is by The Printorium, but it doesn't look like it's up on their website yet.
Also, I revert to a the mental state of a five year-old when fangirling. #sorrynotsorry
